More triumphant than a triple axle!

Former figure skating champ Tonya Harding gave birth to a baby boy in her native Washington state on Saturday, according to the Oregonian.

It's the first child for the 40-year-old skater, who wed Joseph Jens Price last summer.

"Everybody's happy and healthy," the couple's pal Don Horn told the Oregonian, adding that the ex-Olympian gave birth via C-section.

Harding gained worldwide notoriety in 1994 for her involvement in a brutal attack against Nancy Kerrigan, her chief figure skating rival at the time. The gold-medal contender was subsequently banned from professional skating and eventually turned to boxing, acting and other venues to earn a living.

"She's always wanted a baby," her friend Horn said. "She was told she could never have a child ... and guess what? It really is a miracle and she really is very happy."

Proof positive to something I've always said: no matter how vile the woman may be, both physically and personality-wise, most heterosexual men will still stick it into anything, due to their own lack of self-respect and dignity. God help the child.

Congrats to Tonya and husband! What good news! As far as Kerrigan goes, I have had no respect for her after she broke up a family to snag herself a husband.

I have no respect for her, and never will after what she did to Nancy Kerrigan. Stupid what length people will go through to get what they want. I couldn't show my face in public.
