A double dose of dirty diapers and midnight feedings are in store for True Blood's Sam Trammell.

The actor, 40, and his actress-girlfriend of eight years Missy Yager are expecting twins, his rep confirms to Usmagazine.com. The first time parents met in New York City while both were doing stage work.
