More trouble for Amy Winehouse, who was arrested Wednesday in London. The 26 year-old "Rehab" singer has been charged with a "public order offense and common assault," the Associated Press reports.

Winehouse was allegedly involved in an incident Dec. 19 at the the Milton Keynes Theater. While police would not go into detail, British press has reported that the erratic crooner fought physically with a theater staffer after heckling a performer.

Winehouse reported to Thames Valley Police police station with her attorney Wednesday, and was arrested and charged on the spot. She is now free on bail, with a court appearance scheduled for Jan. 20.
