Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Go on Date Amid Split Rumors
The day before the release of a scathing tell-all that claims they'll split next year, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt put on a united front as they stepped out for dinner Monday in Beverly Hills.
Wearing a yellow silk top and black parachute pants, Jolie, 33, held Pitt's hands as they walked into La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills.
Though they were all smiles, a new book, Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (out today), reports the two are on the rocks.
"They've broken up so many times it would make your head spin," writes author Ian Halperin, who declares that the couple will break up by "Christmas 2010."
The two have yet to publicly comment on the book.
But an insider recently told Us Weekly that they "fight all the time about the kids -- where to put toys, saying the wrong thing to a nanny, not cleaning up. Like cats and dogs."
Another source of tension in the Jolie-Pitt household: President Barack Obama.
"She hates him," a source close to the U.N. goodwill ambassador recently told Us Weekly.
She and Pitt -- who is a big fan of the president and even went solo to the 2008 election party in Chicago -- "get in nasty arguments all the time about it," said the source. "She doesn't respect Brad when it comes to politics, but, in the end, this won't tear them apart."
