"No More I Love Yous" for Annie Lennox? Not so fast!

The British singer and former Eurythmics frontwoman, 57, married for the third time in London over the weekend, exchanging vows with Dr. Mitch Besser, an American, Harvard-educated gynecologist and founder of Africa-based charity mothers2mothers

The Daily Mail reports that Lennox wore a white, floor-length gown "with a lace bolero shrug and a 1920s style headpiece." Dr. Besser, also 57, donned a gray suit and pastel-hued tie.

The duo threw a bash on a private boat sailing on the Thames, with celebs like actor Colin Firth and American comedienne Ruby Wax sipping on champagne cocktails and noshing on bites of sashimi and mini roast puddings. Lennox's daughters with ex-husband Uri Fruchtmann, Lola, 22, and Tali, 19, were also in attendance.

She and Fruchtmann, an Israeli record and film producer, divorced in 2000 after 12 years together; during her Eurythmics days, Lennox was married for one year to Radha Raman.

Confirming the news subtly, Lennox Tweeted on Monday: "Wedding flowers 15th September 2012." Her rep added in a statement: "On Saturday 15th September 2012, Annie Lennox and Dr Mitch Besser were married in London in a private ceremony with friends and family present."

Lennox wasn't so hopeful about remarrying back in 2008. "No more marriage for me, I don't see the point of it," said the singer, who mined her heartbreak in her music. "It's not that I am sure a cynic. To share one's life with someone is a beautiful thing. But for the moment, I am a single person."
