With his security team in tow, Arnold Schwarzenegger surfaced at L.A.'s Fairmont Hotel late Wednesday morning. Meeting with eldest daughter Katherine, 21, the movie star-turned-politician, 63, appeared in a serious, somber mood. Still, the star isn't ready to part with one accessory: His wedding ring.
Although he and wife Maria Shriver separated following his shocking admission of an affair and secret love child (with housekeeper Mildred Baena) The Terminator star was still wearing his wedding band. Not so for Shriver, 55, who has been photographed without her ring over the past two weeks.
The former TV journalist and mother to four kids with Schwarzenegger reportedly hired star attorney Laura Wasser; TMZ claims that Scharzenegger has hired Bob Kaufman, another big-time Hollywood lawyer who helped Jennifer Aniston in her divorce from Brad Pitt.
Whatever the couple's divorce plans, insiders close to Shriver told Us Weekly she'll persevere. "She's a tough cookie," one pal says. "She's angry with Arnold but will channel that into something positive."
