Love is in the air! Bethenny Frankel was spotted strolling through New York City with her new boyfriend, Dennis Shields, on Monday, June 6.

The Real Housewives of New York City star, 45, held her banker beau’s hand as the pair walked through the city’s streets. Clad in coral chinos and a white sleeveless blouse paired with a scarf, Frankel appeared to be in a great mood as she smiled during her daytime date with Shields.

“Bethenny and Dennis seem happy together and have traveled together,” a source tells Us Weekly of the couple. “They have gone out with Carole [Radziwill] and Adam [Kenworthy], and have hung out with each other’s friends.”

Prior to her romance with Shields — who is currently separated from his wife, Jill — Frankel was linked to financier Michael “Mac” Cerussi III. The two hit it off in January 2014 and dated for more than a year before calling it quits in March 2015.

Despite her new relationship, the Skinnygirl founder is still embattled in a bitter divorce from her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, the father of her 6-year-old daughter, Bryn. The pair called it quits in December 2012 after nearly three years of marriage.

Frankel recently opened up to Us about the status of her split from Hoppy, 45. “I believe it’s nearly final. I don’t have a crystal ball. Divorces can be a living, breathing thing with two individuals, and if everyone wants to do the wise and smart thing, it will be over soon,” the Bravo personality told Us. “I can only control my behavior and my actions.”

Frankel, who bought (and then thoroughly renovated) a deluxe new home in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood in 2015 after Hoppy refused to move out of the Tribeca pad they bought together in 2010, explained to Us that the years-long ordeal has made her a stronger person.

“I feel now, because I’m toward the end, I feel like I survived something. I feel more resilient,” she said. “I know what’s important. My daughter is the most important thing to me.”
