Bobby Brown rushed to be by his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown's side on Thursday, June 25, a source tells Us Weekly. The 22-year-old was moved to hospice care just one day earlier.

The eyewitness tells Us that Brown, 46, sped into the parking lot and entered Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga., around 1:10 p.m. Media are also set up outside.

"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," Bobbi Kristina's aunt Pat Houston said in a statement this week. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now."

Peachtree Christian Hospice is under an hour from Bobbi Kristina's Atlanta-area condo, where she was found facedown in her bathtub on Jan. 31. Bobbi Kristina's family has visited her on a daily basis since the tragic incident, and has kept her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, at arm's length. On Wednesday, June 24, a lawsuit was filed accusing Gordon, 25, of assaulting the late Whitney Houston's only child.

The suit, filed by Bobbi Kristina's conservator Bedelia Hargrove, claims that Gordon — who recently did a short stint in rehab after an intervention with Dr. Phil — withdrew Bobbi Kristina's money without authorization, dragged her upstairs by the hair, and knocked out her teeth. One day before being discovered, she also was allegedly going to meet with a friend to discuss the status of her relationship with Gordon.
