Heart rocker Nancy Wilson is divorcing her husband of 24 years, director Cameron Crowe.
Citing irreconcilable differences, she filed papers Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming they had been separated since June 2008.
She is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their 10-year-old twin sons and has also asked the court for spousal support.
They first met, through Heart's then-manager, in 1982. That same year, she briefly appeared in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, a movie written by Crowe, who went on to direct such classic as Say Anything and Almost Famous, for which he won an Oscar.
