Charlie Sheen, Wife: No Divorce Plans Despite "Living Apart"

Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke may not living be under the same roof right now -- but that doesn't mean they're headed for divorce.
Addressing Friday's online reports of an impending split, a rep for Charlie explains to UsMagazine.com that the couple "are currently living apart but are trying to figure things out."

Charlie, 44, and Brooke, 32, have been married for nearly two years and welcomed their twin sons Bob and Max in March of last year. "They are still married," the Two and Half Men star's rep tells Us, "and have no plans for divorce."
And the twins are spending time with both Mom and Dad, the rep clarifies: "Brooke does not have full custody of the kids."

It's been a tumultuous few months for the couple. In March, Charlie pled not guilty of attacking Brooke during a Christmas 2009 episode in which he allegedly threatened her with a knife (his trial begins in July); both husband and wife recently spent time in separate rehabs for alcohol and drug addictions. Sheen has been photgraphed wearing bizarre getups, as unconfirmed reports claimed he had been carrying on extramarital affairs.
An attorney for Brooke has said that his client wanted all charges against Charlie dropped for the Christmas Day incident. "They're very much in love and they want to try to work it out," Yale Galenter told Us in December.

17It's just unfortunate that these two losers brought children into the world. They actually deserve each other but for the sake of the kid's they probably should not be together. I feel sorry for the babies. I can't understand why they haven't been taken away and put with other family rather than nannies. And that's kind of like what Ruth was saying below about celeb's buying their way out of trouble. If this was going on in my life I know for sure my children would be taken away. Why hasn't their children been taken away?! People like these two shouldn't be aloud to have children!!

I am interested to see what comes of his trial. It shouldn't matter what Brooke wants. He should be tried for the crime that he committed and should pay the price if found guilty.
