Cher Will Be in Dancing with the Stars Audience Next Week if Chaz Bono Survives Elimination

Cher believes in Chaz!
The 65-year-old icon says she'll be in the audience cheering on her son Chaz Bono next week if he makes it to the next round of Dancing with the Stars!

"Hope Chaz hangs on till next week so I can come sit in the audience and watch!" she tweeted Monday following Chaz and partner Lacey Schwimmer's rumba.
"Um, I will die," Schwimmer, 23, told Us Weekly Monday. "Fingers crossed!"

Chaz, 42, danced to a song written by his late father, Sonny Bono, called "Laugh at Me."
"My dad would have... really enjoyed it," Chaz told Us. "I knew if I got an opportunity, I knew I'd use that song. I love that song. I wanted to pay respect to my dad and his legacy. That was really important."
"I think if he was around -- we just figured out [he would be 76 years old] and I think he still could have done this show," Chaz said. Sonny died in a skiing accident in 1998 at age 62. "I think he would have probably done really well."

5I first realized I WAS Cher when I was ten. She had a daughter. Did they give her a 666 last week? No one could accuse Cher of having it all. My partner keeps reffering to Chaz as "he." Not me. I fell in love with the little girl on Sonny's hip. And that's forever. One of an army of LC HATERS!!!!! I love Kristern. But she'll have other opportunities. We all want Cher to come on and exclaim...."I'm so proud of my boy!!!"
Would be great if Cher did dance with the stars....think she would be fantastic!! Chaz will go soon so that should not influence her decision...afterall there are others older than her who have competed and done well....Go Cher Go!!!

It isn't even Chaz's weight that is the problem, it is the fact that he has a bad knee. I was just like him until I had my knee replacement...his knee will not get better....and for that reason I think he may have to go!
I would love to see Cher in the audience, but 2 weeks in a row with the lowest scores may put him out. I don't care about him having a sex change, but his weight (I am overweight too) is too big a challenge to overcome.
