Diem Brown is still fighting. The MTV star, 32, is back in the hospital as her ongoing fight against cancer has worsened, sources tell Us Weekly.
"I NEED PRAyErs and advice my doctors are seemingly giving up but I won't & can't rollover," the Challenge alum tweeted. "Whatever option I have to LIVE I'm grabbing!"
She went on to offer her best friend, E! correspondent Alicia Quarles, as a resource, asking that any guidance or "medical advice" be sent to the TV personality.
"Need prayers, advice, support & outreach," she wrote. "No is not an option. Contact @alicialquarles We know there is hope & help."
Brown recently opened up to Us about her third cancer diagnosis, which involves a spread to her colon and stomach lining. She was previously diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2006 and 2012.
"I'll beat cancer again," she told Us. "I'm a warrior."
Brown was scheduled to receive her second of five chemotherapy treatments next Tuesday, Nov. 18. The MedGift charity founder was staying positive, hoping to "shrink the tumors" with the prescribed drug cocktail.
The stunning star was also seeking treatment through positive thinking. Brown's sister Megan Brown told Us, "In conjunction with chemo, Diem's doctor suggested imagining herself healthy and cancer-free."
Quarles echoed the sentiment on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing beautiful photos of Brown and writing, "I'm with @diembrown right now. We both believe in the power of prayer. She's asked that I ask all of you to pray for her. God is good. Diem would like a huge prayer circle. I reassured her she has one. Diem smiled and told me, a little reminder never hurts :-)"
