A photo of a roughed up Oksana Grigorieva hit the web Friday morning -- and Internet reports are abuzz that she may have faked the injuries.
The shot, featured on RadarOnline, shows Grigorieva, 40, with two damaged upper front teeth allegedly after a heated fight with Mel Gibson, with whom she is engaged in an ugly custody dispute over their 8-1/2 month-old daughter, Lucia.

Sources tell TMZ that the dentist who treated Grigorieva claims the pic has "definitely been altered ... the nose is not hers. The lips are not right. It's not a true and accurate picture."
Several experts who have examined the photo also tell TMZ that there is "no evidence of external or internal damage," making it inconsistent with being punched in the face. The site also claims that "law enforcement is investigating the scenario that the damage to the veneers could have been self-inflicted."
A Gibson source also tells UsMagazine.com that, although Grigorieva and Gibson, 54, did argue that day, it didn't turn physical. Says the source, "They got into, but he absolutely did not injure her." Detectives at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department are currently investigating the alleged abuse incident.
