Heidi Montag's Doctor: I Won't Operate on Her Anymore!

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Frank Ryan recently performed 10 procedures on Heidi Montag, ranging from breast implants to a brow lift to fat injections in her cheeks.
Now he tells UsMagazine.com he won't operate on The Hills star, 23, again.

"There’s really nothing to do!" he told Us Tuesday at the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lights Camera Fashion Pre-Oscar Party. "I told Heidi that, 'What are you going to do? You’re done!'"
(Montag recently told Us she didn't get her DDD breasts "as big as I originally wanted!")

Ryan -- who also performed Montag's nose job and breast augmentation in 2007-- told Us that some of Montag's peers have "definitely" called up and made similar surgery requests.

"In the reality [TV] world, there’s a lot of competition and there’s a lot of possessiveness for one’s doctor," he told Us. "It’s pretty interesting."

this is soo sad. she looked perfect after her first surgery. this is too much, not natural, and its actually scary looking. she does look masculine, her jaw is soo big and...idk its all wierd! im not a hater, cuz i liked how she looked before. but she should do this stuff for herself! she keeps saying i did it for spencer. she'll regret it when they get divorced. i know i would! she can never get back to what she looked like before. aww poor heidi. seriously its sad:-(

This makes me so sad, she was such a cute normal girl and look what being on a moronic MTV show did to her, now she's on her way to looking like that weirdo "Cat Lady" who had a ton of plastic surgery. So sad. Doesn't help any that she's married to an albino with teeth like a beaver who's encouraging her to be anything but herself. Way to be real.

I hope Heidi reads all these post and reviews about what we think of her now. She was THE most beautiful before all this surgery. She looks like a porn star now, and it's just sad!
