This Dallas buyer isn't buying it! Jennifer Lawrence's two consecutive falls at the Academy Awards in 2013 and 2014 may be endearing to millions, but Jared Leto isn't completely sold! During a Thursday March 6 interview with Access Hollywood, the Best Supporting Actor Oscar winner joked about the actress' unfortunate slips.

"You know, I'm starting to wonder if this is a bit of an act," Leto, 42, joked.

Lawrence, 23, famously fell down on the steps while making her way to the stage to accept the Best Actress Oscar for her role in Silver Linings Playbook last year. "You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell -- it's really embarrassing," she said at the time, in her gorgeous pale pink Dior Haute Couture gown.

At the 86th Academy Awards Sunday night, the Catching Fire star tripped once again, this time on the red carpet in her red Dior dress. Host Ellen DeGeneres poked fun at Lawrence during her monologue, and managed to make Leto chuckle about the fall again once Lawrence took the stage to present later that night.

"She said, 'What are you laughing at?' Leto recalled to Access Hollywood about Lawrence. "But what she didn't know was that Ellen was on the side…making, pantomiming [motions like], 'Don't fall, don't fall,' and my mom and my brother are all cracking up."

"I guess we don't have any manners," he added. "You can take them out of Louisiana but you can't take Louisiana out of them, right?"
