Uh-oh! Just days after Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was arrested for driving without a license, her fiancé Nathan Griffith has also been placed behind bars. Griffith was arrested in Myrtle Beach, S.C. on Wednesday, March 4 on charges of domestic violence, the Horry County Police Department confirms to Us Weekly.

This comes after Evans, 23, skipped a court custody case earlier in the day to regain custody of her oldest son Jace, whom is currently in the care of her mother Barbara Evans. A source tells Us Weekly that Evans postponed the case, instead opting to attend couple’s counseling with Griffith.

The reality star’s arrest on Feb. 24 was her eleventh since appearing on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant for the first time in 2009. Griffith also has a record. In April 2014, he was arrested after driving with a suspended license.

In September 2013, Griffith was pulled over while driving with Evans in North Carolina. When a police officer asked why they were weaving in and out of traffic, Evans replied, “Honestly, we were trying to have sex.”

In this case, Griffith was charged with a DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, resisting arrest, and driving with a suspended license.

The couple welcomed their son Kaiser in late June. They got engaged while on vacation in St. Thomas in January.
