Not the wooden floors! Jennifer Aniston accepted the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in a video posted to Jimmy Kimmel's YouTube page Sunday, Aug. 24.

"Hi, I'm Jennifer Aniston and I accept this ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from Justin Theroux," the star said in the 40-second clip. "I'm going to make a huge ginormous donation and so should you."

The Friends alum, 45, went on to nominate close pals like Courteney Cox, Chelsea Handler, and "America's judge" Howard Stern to next execute the most viral campaign ever, which has raised many, many millions of dollars and awareness for Lou Gehrig's disease.

Theroux then helped his fiancee complete the task and yelled, "slowly!" as he poured the icy contents over her head. Aniston, standing barefoot in the corridor, reacted by burying her face into her hands and gasping as the freezing water dribbled down to the wood floors. Her dogs, meanwhile, curiously looked up at the laughing couple.

Theroux, proud of Aniston for completing the task, gave her a cute peck on the cheek as she yelled, "Oh my god!! This is the worst! Take it away, take it away!"

As of Sunday, Aug. 24, the ALS Association has raised more than $70.2 million in donations, compared to the $2.5 million raised within the same time frame in 2013. More than 1.3 million new donors have joined the cause.
