Jenny McCarthy, Donnie Wahlberg Engaged: Will Andy Cohen Officiate Their Wedding?
The real question is: Will Wahlburgers cater? Jenny McCarthy and Donnie Wahlberg are still over the moon about their recent engagement. The newly engaged couple have been thanking supporters non-stop via social media, and even got a special message from an officiant contender -- Andy Cohen!
McCarthy, 41, admitted during The View Thursday that the Bravo host may be invited to the pair's upcoming nuptials. She made the comment after co-host Sherri Shepherd read out loud his congratulatory tweet for the lovebirds.
"Mazel to @DonnieWahlberg & @JennyMcCarthy! I feel a little responsible for this one…just saying! #ClubhouseLove," Cohen wrote. McCarthy's response? "We were actually considering asking him to marry us, so we will see!"
The reasoning isn't far-fetched, as McCarthy and the New Kids on the Block singer, 44, taped together during Cohen's Watch What Happens Live back in October 2012. After Wahlberg appeared on McCarthy's now cancelled Jenny McCarthy Show in March 2013 (where she later slipped him her number), the pair returned to the Bravo show in October 2013 as an official couple.

As exclusively reported by Us, McCarthy and the Blue Bloods actor first began dating in July 2013. Although they are quite excited about the future, the former Playboy model admitted they may wait a bit before getting hitched. "We're thinking of having an August wedding or maybe stretching it out a year," she said on The View Wednesday. In the meantime, they appreciate the well wishes.
"Reading your messages. So nice to see such happiness," she tweeted following the news. "Love my followers. Maybe we need to invite some of you to the big day."
Walhberg added: "Blown away by the love & well wishes! Nothing surprises me in life, but the support I've seen today is unreal."
