Jesse James' Ex-Employee Alleges He Exposed His "Sexual Organ" at Work

In 2000 -- years before wedding Sandra Bullock -- Jesse James was accused of sexual harassment by a former employee, according to documents obtained by UsMagazine.com.
In a lawsuit filed Apr. 24, 2000 in Los Angeles Superior Court, former employee Deann McClung alleged James, 40, harassed her "on a regular basis" after she was hired at his West Coast Choppers bike shop in Long Beach, Calif., in April 1999.
She accused James of keeping pornography around the office, making degrading comments, glancing at her and other female employees in a lewd way, sexually propositioning her, touching her without her permission and exposing his "sexual organ."
In the suit, James' behavior was described as "malicious and was intended to oppress, humiliate, and denigrate" McClung "without justification." McClung alleged James' insulting, embarrassing and sexual harassing ... was committed while James was acting in the capacity as the president and owner of the company."

She claims that she was then "terminated in retaliation for her complaints" on Jan. 19, 2000.
As a result, McClung "suffered and continues to suffer extreme stress, anxiety and/or depression," according to the suit.
She asked for unspecified damages to make up for losing "substantial wages, commissions, bonuses" as a result of the harassment and retaliation."
She also asked for damages for suffering "extreme and severe anguish, humiliation, emotional distress, nervousness, tension, anxiety and depression."

The suit was dismissed in May 2001 at the request of both parties' attorneys.
The suit surfaces as four women now claim to have had affairs with James while he was wed to Bullock, 45.

The new Us Weekly (on newsstands now) reports that James' infidelity has been an open secret among employees at his West Coast Choppers bike shop.
"Everybody knew," one source tells Us Weekly. James would regularly post Internet ads looking for "hot, tattooed biker chicks with big boobs," says a source.
Adds another, "He sees their photos, answers the ads and invites the girls to his office."
James has not addressed any of his alleged mistress' specific claims, but has publicly apologized to Bullock, 40.

I've never had any respect for JJ, but Ms. Bullock lost a ton of my respect for marrying the guy. The majority of women, after the age of 27-30, finally realize men don't change!... at least not the major stuff (he might learn to put the toilet seat down or put the cap back on the toothpaste, but whatever he thought of women before he met her, is the way he STILL thinks of women. She was moronic to ever marry the guy, especially when there are literally 10s of thousands great guys in the USA who would be able to make her happy and vice versa. It just won't be a "bad boy." Until she figures that out, she'll run into the same problem again and again until she's dead, and that's a shame.

Interesting that the 2000 lawsuit was dismissed "at the request of both parties' attorneys". Translation: Jesse paid her off. What a dirtbag that man is. What angers me almost as much (if not more) than what he's done to Sandra is what he's done to his children, who have an extremely strong bond of affection with their stepmother. If they do divorce, Jesse would be smart to make it part of the decree that Sandra would be allowed to spend time with the kids. Might redeem his image a teeny bit.
There is something wrong somewhere. Sandra was aware women pursued her husband and she didn't or couldn't do anything about it. She knows pretty well that something is going on but won.t bring it up for fear of losing him. She was just so naive like most of women her age who desperately wants a perfect, happy family. i bet u, she will forgive and forget.
Poor Sandra - with her millions - it would have been prudent on her part to have run a background check on this guy. (ie: the ads he was posting, etc.) I know recently I saw interviews in his chopper shoppe and you could see nudie-type pics/posters of women in the background. And really -- if that were in YOUR office, do you really think that would fly? We live in a day and age where that simply is NOT acceptable - - in ANY workplace. Soooo antiquated. If my boyfriend had that crap all up in HIS office and place or work, I would really have to question his morals!! (and would NOT marry someone who did not see it was problem degrading women this way) How could poor Sandra have been so blind? :(

Hopefully Sandra had a very good attorney do a Prenuptial Agreement, protecting her from this person. Hopefully she has a good doctor to examine her.
