Jon Gosselin a No-Show for TLC Court Showdown

Jon Gosselin, former star of TLC's Jon and Kate Plus 8, was a no-show Thursday for a hearing in his legal fight with the network.
Though Gosselin's attorney, Mark Heller, previously said the reality dad, 32, would attend, the hearing in Maryland started without him.

The judge said Gosselin's lawyers don't plan to call witnesses.
TLC wants the judge to stop Gosselin from making paid and unpaid media appearances because it violates a exclusive contract he has with the network.

His lawyer says he will "vigorously defend against" TLC's "baseless action."

OMG Jon so signed up to put his children in "labor". They both knew what they were putting themselves in for when they signed up for the show. He is just mad that they were going to change the name of the show to just Kate plus eight. funny thing is, he was all for the money at the start.My how things change when you don't get your way. I feel sorry for the children. They are now in the middle of the battle. Yes Kate was bossy, and she treated him badly but he let her do it for so long that she felt she could do it. Marriage is a 50/50 deal. You give and you take. But they were thinking of the money when they signed up instead of the children. Now the children are crying because the show is over. They are the ones that are hurt by all of this. Jon needs to grow up. He is acting very childish.

Even if the show gets back on the air, who the heck is going to watch it? well, Kate lovers for sure. But all of this media crap we are having to look at isnt helping them at all. They think keeping themselves in the spot light will ensure people will still want to see them, when all its done is make us sick of looking at their faces!
