Jon Gosselin Still Plans Criminal Complaint Against Hailey Glassman

While he's enjoying the company of a new girlfriend in Utah, Jon Gosselin isn't letting bygones be bygones when it comes to his ex --- not Kate Gosselin, but Hailey Glassman.
Gosselin, 32, still plans to lodge a criminal complaint against Glassman, 22, for allegedly ransacking his Manhattan bachelor pad Dec. 26. His attorney Mark Heller confirmed to E! News, "All I can say is--what's that old saying?--'There's no wrath like a woman scorned,' " Heller said.

On Dec. 26, the former reality dad returned to find his Upper West Side apartment vandalized: his furniture and clothing were "sliced up," electronics and other valuables were missing, and a nasty note supposedly written by Glassman was left behind. Glassman had reportedly moved out of the apartment earlier that week.

An attorney for Glassman (who has denied her ex boyfriend's accusations) told E! "we're just moving forward" with the case.

I really think Jon's lifestyle is going to catch to him. Sadly, i see him taking his own life when the pressure will become too much. It will be his own doing but i see a sad situation either way. Jon, I understand u being a dad of 8 so young not to mention a wife who treats u like a child (control freak). Go on and live your life to the fullest and take care of your kids the best that you can. Like it or not, Jon is a role model for his kids. His kids are going to learn from him re: how he handles things with ex-loves in his life. They're going to emulate him and make rash decisions about getting involved and breaking up, and then getting nasty. Early on he claimed he wanted to break the chain of being passive-aggressive like his father and grandfather for the benefit of his kids. Now Jon is just doing whatever the heck HE wants without any consideration for the example he's setting for his own children. Jon, do you really want your kids to suffer in life like you have lately? You're setting them up for failure and misery.
