Jordin Sparks Hospitalized for Appendicitis

Former American Idol champ Jordin Sparks has been hospitalized with acute appendicitis.
On Thursday, the singer, 19, Twittered from the recovery room that she was "feeling a little better but very sore. Thank you so much for your thoughts & prayers. It means so much & it's so powerful."

She then posted a photo of herself, clutching two teddy bears, in the hospital. "Smiling, resting & takin it easy!" she Twittered, adding that she expects to be sidelined for "the next week or so."

She was slated to visit Australia, where she was set to sing a duet with Australian Idol Guy Sebastian.

9It is amazing how many people that claim to not like a person ACTUALLY look them up and read what is happening with them to make rude comments. What a joke they are and I might add very sick individuals. Well, I love Jordin Sparks singing and no she will be around a long time. I wish her a speedy recovery and love her duet with Guy Sebastian called "Art of Love" and cannot wait until it released here in the United States! You go girl!!

I hope Jordin recovers quickly! Frankly I don't know exactly who she is, but I had acute appendicitis this past summer and had my appendix removed on July 7 @ 2:00 a.m. Thank God it didn't burst. I know how Jordin feels: the pain before they operate is excruciating. She will be fine! ~ Donna L. Copman

Who cares..who are you again, you will never be like Kelly or Carrie or another other great singer. You maybe can be above whats her face that idiot Mchperson something that ruined Over the Rainbow. Dont feel like a star your not you have not earned it and never will. I can name a few great celebrities and singers who else thinks the same....
I thought her 15 minutes were over ? She is my least favorite of idols. She is a pretender and is so fake.
