Was Justin Bieber planning on proposing in one of the Big Apple's most romantic spots?
The 20-year-old singer is not only releasing new music, but revealing to the world how he considered proposing.
The Biebs took to his Instagram on Saturday, April 26, and posted a pic of himself in New York City, along with the caption: "Was gonna wait to go to Central Park for when I proposed to my future wife but s–t sometimes things change. I'll think of something more romantic."
The bittersweet post comes just days before the "Boyfriend" singer released his latest new song, "Hard 2 Face Reality," on April 28. The track's lyrics, which features singer/songwriter Poo Bear, has fans questioning whether it's meant for on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez.
On the track Justin sings: "Sometimes it's hard to face reality / Even though you might get mad at me / Sometimes it's hard to face reality."
Following the release of his cryptic new jam, the beleagured pop star returned to Instagram to post another pic, this time shouting out his fans. "When people try and break u I got your back, just like you got mine," Bieber posted, along with a photo of himself surrounded by fans.
Gomez and Bieber were last spotted getting cozy with one another at Coachella earlier this month.
