A source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly that Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, gave Scott Disick some tough love regarding his relationship with Kourtney

Shape up or ship out. That's the message Scott Disick is getting in the wake of his split from Kourtney Kardashian, who ended their nine-year relationship after the hard-partying star was photographed groping an ex-girlfriend on a solo trip to France. Among those giving him some much-needed tough love in recent days: Kim Kardashian's husband, Kanye West.

In the new issue of Us Weekly, an insider reveals that the "FourFiveSeconds" rapper, 37, called Disick the week of July 5 and demanded that he "get his act together for the kids." (Kourtney, 36, and her ex, 32, share son Mason, 5, daughter Penelope, 3, and baby Reign, 7 months.)

"Kanye told him he needs to man up and go to rehab," the insider says, adding that West advised him to cancel his July 10 hosting gig at Las Vegas hotspot 1Oak.

In fact, Disick did go to rehab — but not for long. As Us exclusively reported on July 9, the Long Island, N.Y., native checked into a Boca Raton, Fla., facility on July 5, only to check out after six hours.

Since then, he's kept a relatively low profile. After heeding West's counsel to pull out of the Vegas event, he retreated to Long Island, where fan Lydia Kessel spotted him at a CVS and took a photo with him.

Online, his posts have been few and far between. While Kourtney has been sharing photo after photo of her adventures in L.A. — dinner with her sisters, Disneyland trip for Penelope's birthday, Malibu wine safari with Khloe — Disick has Instagrammed just three pictures, one of which was a birthday collage for his daughter. "1 of the only things I'm proud of about myself," he captioned the post.
