Maybe he wanted those waffles after all? Kanye West is a man who appreciates his privacy, but the rapper did not get that at Super Bowl XLIX on Sunday, Feb. 1, and his reaction to fans' intrusive selfies has gone viral.
Two Seattle Seahawks fans approached the Yeezus rapper, attending the game with his wife Kim Kardashian, and decided to snap a selfie of their special moment. The resulting snap featured a less-than-pleased West, scowling and pouting, with his arms crossed in sheer annoyance.
Meanwhile, Seahawks fans Ben Pitasky and his pal beamed alongside the Grammy winner. "Kanye loves the Hawks and being bothered," Pitasky captioned the funny pic.
After the initial Instagram photo quickly went viral on Twitter, another eager fan snapped a selfie with West and Kardashian in the background. "Selfie with Kim & Kanye #SB49 @kimkardashian," the hoodie-clad Super Bowl attendee, Dakotah George, wrote alongside his pic.
In the background, West gives a menacing wide-eyed glare directly into the camera while Kardashian looks down at her phone with an amused expression.
West was equally unamused on Saturday night, during a double date at a Waffle House in Glendale, Ariz., with his wife, and their friends John Legend and Chrissy Teigen. In photos shared by Kardashian and Teigen, West — who had put on a smash performance earlier that evening with Rihanna — still appeared grumpy and ready for bed.
