Karina Smirnoff's got a brand-new gig!
Fresh from her season 13 win with J.R. Martinez on Dancing With the Stars, the pro dancer has lined up a guest appearance on ABC's new comedy, Apartment 23, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.

Playing herself on one episode, Smirnoff, 33, will appear alongside James van der Beek and Dean Cain.

"I had a blast with the show's amazing team and great writers with a larger than life sense of humor!" this season's Dancing With the Stars champ tells Us Weekly. "I think both James and Dean would be awesome on DWTS!"

While Smirnoff's Apartment 23 air date has yet to be confirmed, the series -- featuring Krysten Ritter and Dreama Walker as New York City roommates -- premieres midseason 2012.
