It's just one of those weeks for Kate Major -- girl can't catch a break.
The former tabloid reporter, 28, has been served with an eviction notice from her apartment complex in Tampa, Florida. According to a TMZ report, Major's personal drama has welcomed too much publicity and chaos into her high-profile condo. Her landlord has given the tabloid fixture until November 1 to pack up.
Michael Lohan's girlfriend was forced to call the cops twice in the past few days. On October 24, Major called the cops with a report of domestic violence, which led to Lohan's overnight stay in a Florida jail. Only hours after his release, Lindsay's troubled father, 51, violated court orders and visited Major, despite her restraining order against him. Lohan's former fiancee phoned the police again, propelling her unwanted visitor to jump off a third-story balcony, land in a tree, then lead the cops on a short foot chase.
Now her landlord wants her gone, after fellow residents have reportedly complained about negative media attention she's attracted. The former reporter plans to contend her eviction, TMZ reports.
Major first entered the spotlight when she and former reality TV star Jon Gosselin took their romance public -- a relationship which also encountered many public ups and downs.
