Sister's got his back! Katherine Schwarzenegger jumped to brother Patrick Schwarzenegger's defense on Tuesday, March 17, by taking to Twitter to tell fans to stop "spreading hate," suggesting her brother cheated on Miley Cyrus.
Arnold Schwarzenegger's 21-year-old son set tongues wagging earlier this week when photos emerged of him getting handsy with a mystery brunette during a spring break vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Despite being snapped doing body shots off the girl (who Patrick later insisted is the girlfriend of a friend of his) Cyrus's boyfriend claims there was no wrongdoing, jumping onto Twitter on Monday, March 17 to declare he "would NEVER do anything against my GF…."
Although Cyrus is yet to react publicly to the photos, Patrick's older sister Katherine was evidently eager to make sure this rumor went no further, jumping in to defend her brother's good name with a couple of tweets the following day.
"A lot of you guys spreading hate need Jesus in your lives ASAP," Patrick's sister wrote, before retweeting her brother's missive from the previous day ("Girls have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls…").
When one follower responded that she wouldn't be happy with picture of her boyfriend behaving like that, Katherine came right back at her, telling the poster to lighten up.
"I'd say my bf was insensitive if he was doing those things w/ another girl," @Hope_Floats8 wrote in response to Katherine's first message.
"@Hope_Floats8 ever heard of spring break?!" replied a defensive Katherine.
It's not the first time Katherine has spoken up about her brother's relationship with "Wrecking Ball" singer Cyrus.
Last week she told Extra that she's delighted her brother's found love. "I think they're adorable," she gushed, about the new union. "If my brother's happy, I'm happy and that's all that matters to me. You just want your sibling to be happy. If they're with someone who makes them happy and in a happy, healthy relationship then I'm happy."
