What does Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka want for her marriage to fellow Manhattan real-estate heir Jared Kushner (their big day was Sunday)? A scalloped footed bowl in sterling silver for $1,350, a $290 silver vegetable spoon and a $29.95 Veggie Chop.
By contrast, when Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett tied the knot in June, their registry included a digital deep fryer ($59.99, on sale), a Blueair 5550E AIr Purifier ($700) and a towel warmer for $59.99.

Mad Men's Christina Hendricks and actor Geoffrey Arend, who got hitched Oct. 11, asked for a $269.95 Shun Bob Kramer Wide Chef's Knife and a seven-piece bar tool set for $49.95.

12I think really rich people should just ask for donations to charity. My cousin just got married to a very wealthy doctor and they just set up a bunch of funds on this website called MyRegistry so that people could pick which charity to donate to instead of gifts.
I don't care how rich you are... a wedding with no gifts would be stupid!
ivanka seems so strong. i want to be more like that.
"Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt (the registry from their April 25 nuptials still has many unfilled requests, the DailyBeast notes)" Funny!
Ivanka is getting married this Sunday, October 25th.
How the hell do you put "high class" Ivanka next to "super low class" Kendra. Ugh... What is wrong with you people???
Registering for bridal shower and wedding gifts is a joke. Who ever thought of that idea, needs to get a life. The "happy couple" are looking for suckers to buy them gifts they do not need or probably would not buy themselves. It is embarrassing this is allowed to continue.
Wife/Mel: So you're saying that it's ok not to give a gift to someone who makes a lot more money than you?? That's rude (and cheap)! If someone has offered to share their wedding day with you, you should bring a gift. period. Not all the things that they registered for were that expensive! What, you can't part with a couple of bucks to wish a couple well??
These are some nice gifts that these celebrities put on their registry. They're more likely to use them. Everything from silverware to some small to medium-sized appliances are mentioned.
I agree with "wife"...it's pathetic that these celebrities register for this crap expecting people to give them gifts when they make 10x more money than their guests do. Money grubbing and selfish are the only ways to describe all the people on this list.
with how much money these celebrities make, and how much they get for free already, i think it's a little .... disgusting that they register at all.
Interesting to hear, except about Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's wedding registry, etc.
