Kris Jenner: I Really Want Kourtney and Scott to Get Married!

Kourtney Kardashian is adamant she doesn't want to marry longtime beau Scott Disick, but her mother, Kris Jenner, is still holding out hope her daughter will walk down the aisle sometime soon.

"I would love for Kourtney and Scott to get married," Jenner, 55, said on Friday's episode of The Talk. "I have such a fantasy that she's going to have the same kind of life that I've had, and making that commitment to somebody makes your relationship very strong, even though it's just a piece of paper."
Despite her mother's wishes, Kardashian -- who has a 21-month-old son, Mason, with Disick -- says she's just fine without saying "I do."

"I definitely don't want to get married just for the sake of getting married," she reasoned on an episode of the family's reality series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, last summer, even after her boyfriend went so far as to shop for engagement rings. "This is my life. I don't need a piece of paper to make it a family unit."
Jenner argues that she just wants her daughter and Disick to experience the same happy marriage she has with former Olympian Bruce Jenner.

"I just feel so lucky and I want my kids to experience the same things," she said on The Talk, breaking down in tears. "When you have that love, you want to set an example and [let your children] experience that same kind of love."

Kourtney's just a selfish biatch herself...all she cares about is herself..she knows she can't leave scott yet she won't marry him so she ties him down and acts like they're family but only gives sh*t about herself and no one else around her.. she better not pop another kid then if she's not going to marry scott plus why stay in a relationship that long if you're not going to get married. Khloe is the least mature one. She's a big fat bully and a hypocrite, always trying to attack other and swears all the damn time how does that make her mature...everyone hates Kim but Kim is the one who's always more calm, has good work ethics and doesn't get all rowdy and make others feel uncomfortable.
NO!!! they should not get marry, Scott is not a reliable guy, and Kourtney needs to learn herself first and to respect others, it is incredible to see how disrespectful she is of her mom and sister. She says she wants her kid to have a good example of her an d scott as parents but we al so teach our kids about life in the way we treat our parents and siblings and she just does not know the meaning of respect. There is nothing wrong with expressing your opinion as long as is done with respect , cursing is not the way. Kris is a stupid BIATCH! It's all for the show... I never got married and had a child, and you know what? I'm happy with my decision!!!! A child is not a reason to marry someone, you can be unmarried, and still be there for your child.. As long as a child sees their parents happy, regardless if they are together or not, is what a child needs!!!! Marriage isn't always the answer!!!!!!
Kris Jenner just wants another money making wedding for next season of KUWTK. TMZ posted a video where the producers were caught talking about having Scott & Kourtney talk about getting married (basically scripted) and at the end the producers can be heard "see you at Scott & Kourtney'swedding". Kris is just after her 10% and money, that is all! She does not even like Scott anyway. And about her marriage to Bruce? Just a few epidodes ago, she was contemplating dropping the Jenner name and picking up the Kardashian name again. I thought that was SO disrespectful to Bruce. Hopefully, Kourtney will be smart enough and hold her ground and not let Kris run her life anymore than she already does.
Kris is delusional. She wants Kourtney to be settled & married but Kourtney is smart enough to realize Scott is not ready for marriage. He lives off the $$$ he makes on their reality show, has no education, has no goals. She should just move on & share custody of Mason. Kourtney needs to run her own life & Kris needs to let her.

Ok...I'm more than a little confused. Has everyone forgotten that Kris Jenner was DIVORCED from her first husband Kardashian before he died? They talk as though she was a 'sad widow'...but infact she was divorced from him. I like Kris Jenner..and I find nothing wrong with her managing her kid's careers. She's OBVIOUSLY very good at it. They reportedly raked in over $600 MILLION last year. Not bad. I say "If it ain't broke...." I also find nothing wrong with her wishing her unmarried daughter would and COULD be married to the father of her child. She 'wishes'. It is a 'dream' of hers that they could find the happiness that she has found with Bruce. That's ok. She's an involved mom. She's allowed to wish for that. Luckily and ultimately it's Kourtney's decision...and she knows best. I believe she holds that over his head to keep him 'behaving'. Hey...all is fair in love and war. Whatever works for them.

Wow, Kris wants Kourtney to have the same life she's had? Scott doesn't strike me as a backboneless whiner like Bruce. I think that if Kourtney disrespected Scott anymore than she already does, Scott would tell her where to stick it and she'd wind up sharing custody of her precious son 50/50. If Kris' life is so spectacular, why is she forever inserting herself into her kids' lives? Why can't she let them alone? Look what damage she's done to the boy - basically declaring him of no value, the best "gig" she can get him is hosting parties in Vegas...there he is a graduate of one of the best business schools in the country and he's hosting parties in Vegas? Wow, Dad would be so proud. He's a big fat pudgeball because of all the alcohol - and Mom basically puts up with him unless of course she can be front row on that stupid dance show where it becomes all about her yet again. When are people going to realize, that marriage is NOT about a piece of paper? You need a lisence to drive a car, because it's illegal to drive without one. You need a lisense to wed as well, but it's not about that, it's about the companionship and love between two people. I think that if they did get married, they would probably end up divorced within a year. They just want to play house, and don't want the commitment, but they are already commited becuase they have a son together.
no they shouldn't get married. kourtney won't get married b/c she knows it's only a matter of time that scott will go back to his mr. hyde personality. he is not comfortable with the changes he had to make in his life b/c kourtney made that choice for him & he is slowly but surely drifting his way back to his old life. he needs to go to rehab
