She’s moving on! Kylie Jenner has officially put her newly renovated Calabasas, California, mansion on the market for $3.9 million, real estate agent Tomer Fridman confirms to Us Weekly.
The two-level, 4,851-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool, a spa and a courtyard. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 18, originally purchased the crib for $2.7 million in February 2015.
“The house has been extensively redone from the backyard through the interiors,” Fridman tells Us. “It’s a total showplace.”
The Tuscan-style mansion also features a private gated entrance, a three-car garage, a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, crown molding throughout the dining and living rooms, a white brick fireplace, a movie theater, a spacious walk-in closet and shoe closet (which are often the stars of Jenner’s Snapchat posts) and a barbecue area in the backyard, according to Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty.
Last month, TMZ reported that the makeup maven dropped $6 million on a new mansion in Hidden Hills, the same neighborhood that mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian live in.
Kylie’s new 7,000-square-foot abode includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool, a wine cellar, a four-car garage and a movie theater.
