Kylie Jenner Sports Red Wig, Pops Booty in ‘Paper’ Magazine: See the Inside Photos

Pop of color — and then some! Kylie Jenner shows off her booty in the April 2016 issue of Paper magazine. The reality star — who sports a pink plastic wig on the cover — was selected by the magazine specifically for their YOUth! issue.

“Paper has had a long relationship with the Kardashian/Jenner family. When we were putting together our issue focused on YOUth, Kylie was the obvious choice for the cover,” Drew Elliott, chief creative officer of Paper, told Us Weekly exclusively. “She lives the ultimate life of a young person and she shares it with us every day.”

Mickey Boardman, Paper’s editorial director, shared the same sentiment. “We were truly inspired by our creative team — photographer Erik Madigan Heck is famous for incredibly colorful shoots, as is stylist Rushka Bergman!” he told Us. “The YOUth issue is all about highlighting the young, fun and bright creatives of today and Kylie was the obvious choice.”

In the colorful spread, the 18-year-old makeup maven trades the pink plastic wig for a fierce red bob while showcasing her toned booty in a pink velvet one-piece. In another photo, Kris and Caitlyn Jenner’s youngest daughter wears a vibrant floral-printed bodysuit.

The Kylie Lip Kit creator told Paper that she realized her influence on people when they started copying her lipstick and makeup tricks. As fans are well aware, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has since launched her own hugely successful line of liners and glosses.

“I think it all started with my lips when I would overline them,” Jenner told the mag of her stardom. “I didn’t see one other girl wearing nude lipstick — I didn’t even care about the lipstick, I just wanted my lips to be bigger — and then I started seeing a bunch of girls wearing nude lipstick. I was going to MAC and Sephora and I’d try to buy my lipstick and the girls working there would be like, ‘Kylie, everyone comes in asking what color you use. Everything’s sold out — I’m sorry!’ … I feel like that’s when I really realized.”

Her loyal following made her a natural fit for Paper’s cover. “I didn’t realize what an icon Kylie is to teens! Every person I know under 21 has lost their mind with excitement at the idea of us working with Kylie,” Boardman told Us. “She really is the superstar of her generation.”

And because of her status, Jenner is making a difference. Jenner has previously shined a light on other people’s struggles via Instagram. “Growing up and being a young teen socialite comes with a lot of negativity and a lot of mean comments and online bullying and I turn to these people who have real issues and have overcome bullying and done something amazing with it and they really inspire me. They make me feel like, ‘Oh wow, they’re going through something much bigger than I could ever imagine,'” Jenner told Paper. “It’s just amazing how they stay positive and I wanted to share that with my fans and followers.”

As for Jenner’s personal goals? To have a big family and a farm! “I don’t want to start [having] a baby when I’m 30! I don’t believe in after 30 — I don’t know,” she told the mag. “[My sisters] — they all wanted to have kids before. Kim [Kardashian] was like, ‘I better have two kids before 30.’ She always said that.” (Kardashian, who famously covered Paper in November 2014, had her first child, North, at age 33, and her son, Saint, at age 35.)

She added: “I day dream about when I can get to a place in my life where I can be off the radar.”
