Lindsay Lohan Cried to Her "Mommy" After Seeing Super Bowl E-Trade Ad

Lindsay Lohan broke down after seeing an E*Trade ad featuring a "milkaholic" baby girl which she claims mocks her.
"She said, 'Mommy, help me. This is wrong. How can they do this?'" Dina Lohan tells the New York Post.

The ad, which debuted during the Super Bowl, features a baby boy apologizing to his girlfriend for not calling her the night before because he was on E*Trade. "And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" the baby girl then suspiciously asks.
Dina said Lindsay -- who filed a $100 million lawsuit Monday, demanding that E*Trade stop running the ad and turn over all copies to her -- became "extremely upset" at the ad because she felt it poked fun at her wild past.

Said Dina, "They're little babies doing this, mocking another child who's just trying to survive Hollywood, basically."
Dina added that the ad was clearly aimed at her daughter because unlike other stars, "Everyone knows Lindsay, like Cher or Madonna."

An E*Trade spokeswoman has declined to comment on the suit, but Dina said it is warranted.
"I'm just basically glad I took a stand," she said of the "horrible" and "mean" ad. "I'm not going to let them do this to us anymore."

Personally, I think e-trade and/or their advertising agency put Lindsay's name into the commercial and the milkaholic thing because they were targetting younger investors -- something to get their attention. Whether it worked or not is another story since many claim they didn't think of Lindsay Lohan. I think the question is if e-trade intended for people to make that connection. If so, there were lots of people involved in the making of the commercial and there are probably notes to that effect. Isn't that all Lindsay and her legal team have to proove? I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know.

Can I just say... any child who went to school during the 80s and 90s probably had fifteen Lindsay's in their same grade. She needs to get over herself.

Seriously, Lindsay? Are you so vain you think an E-trade commercial is about you? I saw this commercial when it first aired during the Super Bowl and never once associated it with Lindsay Lohan. And since when is Lindsay compared to one-named Madonna or Cher? This is definitely an all time low for her, or maybe a desperate cry for attention and MONEY.
I hope she loses and has to pay E-Trades legal fees.

I can't stand Lindsay Lohan, but I love that commercial and have grown very fond of the word milkaholic. I hate milk but it makes me want to drink some. Haha Crazy. Also, Lindsay was laughing about this commercial on twitter the first time it was shown, she wasn't crying. People responded saying they didn't think it was about her and why did she think the world revolved around her life.
who you kidding people? there is only one Lindsay that comes to mind, if she wants to sue, then let her sue!
Lindsay, surely you are more thick skinned. A lawsuit? Are you serious!? Since my name is Scarlett, perhaps I should sue for royalties on the "Gone With The Wind" movie or maybe sue the makers of "The Scarlett Letter" for defamation of character. This is absurd. This case is without merit. Clear the court docket for REAL cases and criminals.
Lindsay needs to get over herself and Dina needs to realize that her daughter is no where nearly as recognized as Cher or Madonna and when she is recognized it is usually for her latest bad girl blow up. Personally, I'm tired of all the bad celebs being in the news. Why can't we hear about and celebrate some positives about people in hollywood or are there any?
Lindsay is not a name that I would identify with you. I would identify it with Lindsay Vonn the Olympic Skier...certainly not you. Lohan like Kardashian is a name that I would associate with you as both families are lowbrow vulgar train wrecks. So I'd go after people who use Lohan, but certainly not Lindsay.
