NYC Club Lifts Lindsay Lohan Ban

It's been a banner week for Lindsay Lohan: she's stayed out of jail and gotten back into one of her favorite Manhattan clubs.
How has Lindsay's face changed over the years?
The New York Post reports that Lohan, 23, is no longer persona non grata at Avenue -- the hotspot that banned her earlier this year, following an incident in which she Tweeted about Justin Timberlake cheating on girlfriend Jessica Biel by dancing with another woman.
"It's true," a Lohan pal confirms to Usmagazine.com of the Post's new item.

The newspaper notes that the star "besieged the management with calls and e-mails to let her back in, and she promised to be on her best behavior." This past week, she's hit Avenue twice -- laying off the alcohol and, indeed, even refusing free drinks.

Alcohol abstinence would be a smart move. Earlier this week Lohan (mom Dina calls her a "genius") saw her probationary period extend from three to four years to fulfill the terms of her probation relating to her 2007 DUI arrest. She had risked jail time for skipping alcohol education classes as mandated by her probation.

@Amelia- Dina would be the last person to have Lindsay committed, as Dina is on Lindsay's payroll. If Lindsay is put away, no more cash cow! And Michael couldn't give a darn, he is a sleaze who is just after publicity, pretending to care.

Like she really needs to be let into another club. What kind of idiot club bans someone just because Justin Timberlake wants them too?
Great, just what Lilo needs, MORE access to clubs. She should be banned from ALL clubs. Who cares if she wasn't drinking "publically" she could drink before the club/after the club, have a couple shooters in her purse and was probably popping pills or snorting coke in the bathroom. She looks so rough lately, there is NO way she is sober. She is pretending and we all know it. Denial is so deep with her. She needs to have probabtion revoked and thrown in jail for a month or two.
Why insult the 40 year olds?? People keep saying she looks "like a 40 year old". I know plenty of 40 year olds, myself included, who look better than this mess. What does this girl do to stay in the media, besides get in trouble. What a waste.
