Lindsay Lohan to Spend 14 Days in Jail

Lindsay Lohan will serve "about 14 days" of her 90-day jail sentence, L.A. sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells UsMagazine.com.

The actress, 24, has been "extremely cooperative" since entering the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif. Tuesday morning, Whitmore said earlier.
Lohan, who smirks in her mug shot, will spend her days in solitary confinement in a 12-foot-by-8-foot cell.

"She will be kept away from general population," Whitmore said.
After Lohan surrendered, her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told reporters that Lohan "is asking for your prayers and support. She has stepped up and accepted responsibility."

Holley described Lohan as "a talented young woman and I appreciate that she has accepted responsibility here. She is scared -- as anyone would be -- but is as resolute as anyone could be and she is doing it."

137I wont feel the least bit sorry for her when she ends up dead from a drug overdose. She's an awful person and has received everything she's ever wanted for nothing. The corrupt US justice system is just a toy for these celebrities. It makes me sick just to read about how these losers literally "get out of jail free". How many of those damn chance cards do they have?

Hopefully they won't take any time off of her rehab sentence; that's what will benefit her the most.
14 days?! Really?! She should serve the whole 90, it might actually help her. The girl needs a wake-up call! Her drinking and driving could kill somebody or herself if she doesn't get one! Hopefully she'll be a better person after this anyway, even without the full sentence.
so thats where my taxes are going. To jail people for ..... 14 days in SOLITARY confinement. I became a liberarian for a reason. The dems and the republicans are bankrupting us. SPEND SPEND SPEND. Just put this chick under house arrest for 2 weeks. That way my tax money wont be used to feed her. She could feed herself. And why is she in solitary confinement? Did she stab an inmate already?
hopefully fire crotchh will realize she is a druggie and drugs are taking her life away.... stay clean outta trouble and start making amazing movies again i used to adore her but since she turned lezbian and a druggie... its changed! HA! hope she gets out and does great things with her life from here on out! :))

Fourteen days? I love how celebs can make an absolute mockery of the judicial system by not serving near their sentence let alone no where close to what us "regular" people would have to for the same crimes. It's really showing anyone in Hollyweird that they really are above us all.

14 days? How lovely...nice to see Lady Justice is not as blind as we have been lead to believe. This lost soul needs harsh punishment, perhaps it's the only way to save her. I could see it now...Two weeks from today she'll be hailed by the media for "spending time in prison", all the news specials will want to interview her...maybe she'll write a book? I'm so sick of these Hollywood types...

That is just BS. She should serve the whole 90 days!!! That's ok...when she ends up dead then we will hear the IF ONLY's. At the end of the day she will get what's really coming to her.

14 days out of 90? The "overcrowded" thing is tiring. Keep her in there for 90! It MAY do her good! She gets out after 14, and she'll go back tweeting and drinking and all that stuff.
its time she faced up to responsibility,she and all these stars think the law should be changed for them ,no they are like us all ,but still get 14 days out of ninenty??? ,im sure if i did what she did id spend the 90 days in jail,yet she is spending 14 ,come on law ,its a joke ,disgusted

Even after all this madness (Lindasnity, as it has been described by PH), I'm still unable to stop being a LiLo fan. Lindsay is truly talented and great at her job. Hope all goes well from now on.
I guess it must nice to get 14 days, maybe when she gets out she go drunk driving again and kill an innocent person. And like the judicial system sucks she will get another slap on her hand.
