With Mom Dina tagging along, a remarkably modest, fresh-faced Ali Lohan emerged on Tuesday to feed 200-plus people with autism and other disabilities at a pre-Thanksgiving lunch at Harbor Links Club and Grill in Long Island, New York.

Lohan sported a holiday-themed sweater and jeans, simply-styled hair and, judging from photos, little-to-no makeup.
