Chris Hardwick has “Singled Out” a new leading lady. The Nerdist podcaster and Talking Dead host is dating model and heiress Lydia Hearst, a source tells Us Weekly, noting that they’ve been together “for a month or so.”
The lovebirds made their big debut as a couple on Thursday, Dec. 4, at the GQ Men of the Year party in L.A., and they weren’t shy about showing their affection. Walking the carpet outside the famed Chateau Marmont, Hardwick, 43, posed with his arm around Hearst, 30, who stunned in a black strapless frock with sheer paneling.
At one point during the photo frenzy, the two even shared a kiss, locking lips in front of a big GQ sign.
Hardwick — who hosted MTV’s Singled Out with Jenny McCarthy in the 1990s, and created the popular Nerdist podcast in 2010 — was most recently linked to actress and model Chloe Dykstra. (In fact, the source says, Hearst is “the spitting image of his ex-girflriend.”) He also had a long-term relationship with actress Janet Varney, and was engaged to Real World alum and The Following actress Jacinda Barrett.
Hearst, meanwhile, dated Entourage star Kevin Connolly for more than a year. Us Weekly exclusively reported their split in May of this year.
