Mary-Louise Parker is on the defense. A New York antique shop owner claimed the Weeds actress threatened to have him killed and called him a derogatory gay slur, but the star insists it's not true.

According to TMZ, Daniel Selden filed a report to police claiming Parker threatened him over a disagreement, saying, "Do you want to wake up tomorrow? I'll make one phone call." Seldin also alleges that Parker called him a "f-g."

A rep for Parker, 48, told TMZ Wednesday, Feb. 27 that the actress did visit the Saugerties, NY store on Jan. 2, but insists that although a dispute did arise, it was strictly between the owner and Parker's friend.

Parker's rep says the actress would never say the gay slur and had nothing to do with the fight. She left the shop when the argument between the owner and her friend escalated.
