New York Giants' Brandon Jacobs to Gisele: "Shut Up"

Gisele Bundchen raised the ire of the football world after her husband Tom Brady and the New England Patriots lost the Super Bowl on Sunday -- even the victorious New York Giants' running back Brandon Jacobs was irked!

Bemoaning the 21-17 defeat, the 31-year-old supermodel and mother to Brady's son Benjamin, 2, slammed his teammates for fumbling numerous passes during the game. "My husband cannot f***ing throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times," she ranted after the game.

At Monday's ticker tape parade in downtown NYC, Jacobs lashed out Bundchen. "She just needs to continue to be cute and shut up," he told reporters.
The Giants' defensive end Osi Umenyiora was more forgiving of the Brazilian beauty. "She's supposed to stay out of things like that," Umenyiora told reporters. "But at the end of the day that's their relationship and she has the right to say whatever she wants to."
Like Bundchen, Jacobs has a history of outspokenness. In December, he lashed out at Rex Ryan, coach of the New York Jets, after the Giants defeated the team 29-14. "Time to shut up fat boy!" he said.

This is blown way out of proportion and should not have been a big deal.Giselle had every right defending her husband. What she said, was right her husband can not throw a ball and catch it at the same time.That's all she was saying and nothing else. Had nothing to do with who did not catch it or putting down the team. She was trying to put this Bully Heckler in his place for what he said!. Funny how this can be interpreted, twisted and more read into than what it really was.Eli and Brady are not anything but a football player like everyone else on their TEAM. They could not be what they are without the whole team. If so Let them play a football game by themselves or even better let the Bully Heckler play in the game and lets see how good he is.... Then we will see how great they are.Don't forget we have freedom of speech and Bradys wife can say what she truly feels. Too #$%$ bad more wife's don't stand up for their man against bully Hecklers and put them in their place.And people wonder why their are so may children in schools being bulled and pushed around by Heckler classmates.They learn it just this way! Anyone that Bullys anyone needs to stop and be put in their place. As Giselle did. I would say. The sadist thing is that this is a bad excuse of a football FAN if he can not Love his TEAM wither they win or louse. What this really is about! This is SO overblown. No Gisele should NOT have made those comments in public and just ignored that RUDE fan then went home w/Tom and talked sh*t about the team like everyone else did but for heaven's sake she was defending her husband. She just handled it poorly.

I'm sorry, did Brandon not spend the entire 2 weeks before the super bowl running his mouth? Oh, sorry, it's only okay for the players to do it. Got it.
If Brady wouldn't have got scared in the end zone and got flagged for intentional grounding ( costing his team 2 points), they could have won with a field goal instead of trying to score a touchdown. Plus the Giants made plays when they had to. I guess the Patriots aren't the "super" men they thought they were.

This is hilarious! Seems like every time she opens her mouth she says something stupid that gets her into hot water from a p.r. standpoint. Does she have a publicist? I don't mean that sarcastically...does she? Bc if not she sure does need one. Lol! Could you imagine how awkward things are going to be between her and the others on the team and their wives?!! Not to mention how awkward and tense she probably makes it for Tom Brady. Seriously, I'm sure this isn't the first time she has made some off the cuff remark to them that has rubbed them the wrong way. It just happened to be caught on tape this time, lol.

I 100% agree with you, Deanna! She was being taunted by the Giants fans/media. Gisele was defending her husband.. and was frustrated. And, they lost because they didn't catch the ball.

What was so messed up about this was that she was surrounded by other wives at the time. They were all trying to get into the elevator. It was disrespectful and she's lucky one of those wives didn't curse her out.
Yay for Brandon! Gisele is just another piece of trash who thinks that because she is a super model and married to a big football player that she is better than everyone else. And Deanna if you want to talk about class then the classy thing for her to do would have been to ignore those fans and be the better person, but instead she lowered herself to a level below those fans. Go Giants! Nice to see someone put Tom Brady in his place.
I think this has blown up too much. I understand her frustration, anyone would defend their husbands who lost such a big game. It's true they dropped the ball too many times and I believe thats exactly why they lost the game. She said what she said AFTER being taunted by classy Giants fans, on top of that, she was speaking to friends, not the public. So get over it people, you would of defended your man too!
