'My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2' Stars Nia Vardalos and John Corbett Reveal Their Wedding Dos and Don’ts

Nia Vardalos and John Corbett know a thing or two about weddings. The stars of My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 dish about nuptial etiquette in a funny new interview with Us Weekly Video.

Vardalos, 53, who's been married to former Cougar Town actor Ian Gomez since 1993, insists that getting drunk at a wedding "is a requisite."

And while Corbett, 54, who's never been married, thinks it's fine for the newlyweds to drink a little something at the reception, his costar insists that it's not a good idea.

But then she changes her mind: "We would not have America's Funniest Home Videos without drunk brides and grooms falling into cakes."

The pair, who costarred in 2002's surprise hit My Big Fat Greek Wedding, are reprising their roles as married couple Toula and Ian in the sequel, which hits theaters Friday, March 25.

Watch the video above to see them weigh in on wedding dos and don'ts, including whether it's bad luck for the groom to see the bride's dress before the wedding, and if it's OK to propose at someone else's wedding (for the record, they say it's not).
