Tara Reid Goes Topless in Playboy!

In the January/February issue of Playboy, Tara Reid -- who's suffered a humiliating wardrobe malfunction, underwent botched plastic surgery and recently completed a stint in rehab -- is undressed ... and unapologetic about her wild past.
"I wouldn't change anything that's brought me here," says the actress, 34.

But the former Taradise star says she has no interest in going back down that road.
"I've grown up a lot, and it's time for people to see who I am," she says. "I lived a lot of years in the public eye. But if you look at me now, that’s not who I am anymore ... I'm not Girls Gone Wild anymore."

Of her six-page nude pictorial (shot by famed celebrity photographer Sheryl Nields), Reid says she is "at the perfect age to do this."

For once, she says she can finally say she's "really happy."
"I'm relaxed," she says. "I'm a young woman with confidence ... At the end of the day, I go to sleep knowing who I am ... I'm happy with my life now, and I'd like to keep it this way."
