The incredibly shrinking Ali Lohan?
Months after she shot down rumors that she underwent plastic surgery, Lindsay Lohan's 17-year-old sister showed off an equally troubling transformation heading to a model casting in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.
Climbing out of a white SUV, the budding catwalker, clad in tight jeans, boots and a tucked-in white shirt, appeared alarmingly gaunt and pale -- with noticeably stick-thin arms and legs.
Lohan (who now asks to be called by her full name, Aliana) recently told Page Six Magazine that she was "cracking up" over rampant speculation that she had numerous plastic surgery procedures to alter her face.

"Because, like, when would I do that (surgery)? I'm 17 years old. That's not legal! I would need my mother's signature, and do you think my mom would sign off on that? No! It's not the right thing to do," said the young star, who recently signed with Next Model Management.

Ali's older sister Lindsay, 25, famously had a scary-skinny phase, too -- debuting a gaunt, thin body in early 2009.

51This girl is a model? Have you seen her face recently? That was not her face just a short time ago so quit making excuses for this girl...Either the girl is anorexic or into drugs. Who looks like this? And to think that her mother encouraged the girl to do her face over...nice mom...telling your daughter...she's ugly...
It's typical of young women her age to go through an "awkward" thin stage. It's genetic. At that age, no matter how much I ate I couldn't gain an ounce. Leave the child alone and go do some abs or something, you bunch of fat @$$es...Cows!
Models are very thin- but she has deeper issues. She comes from a very dysfunctional family. I hope Ali and Lindsay come out from all this alive- it really would not shock me (G-d forbid) they end up dead.

Oh my!! I guess maybe she didnt have surgery. She has just gotten so skinny! Poor thing. It's really hard to look at!
Most models do look anorexic....but with the history of the Lohan family, I wouldn't be surprised to find out she is on drugs.

I agree with Mandy Melnyk, she's not at the scary point yet, but she is skinny. She could probably do with a few extra pounds.
She doesn't look much healthier than Lindsay.
