Rep: Marc Jacobs Didn't Get Married

Hold off on the champagne toasts, fashionistas: Marc Jacobs and his boyfriend Lorenzo Martone did not get married over the New Year's weekend.
A rep for the famous designer and friend to many stars (like Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham) says that Tuesday's blog reports of a private wedding on St. Barth's are "not true."

"Someone had a party for them, but there was no wedding," the rep explains to UsMagazine.com. "They are still engaged."

Photos of the still-happy couple frolicking on the beach hit the blogosphere over the weekend. Jacobs, 46, and Martone, 30, a Brazilian PR executive, became engaged in March 2009 after a year of dating. "I think your strong work is reflected when you're happy in your personal life," Martone has said.
