Update: Brooke Mueller Busted for Drug Possession

Brooke Mueller was arrested while vacationing in Aspen, Colorado for felony cocaine possession with the intention to distribute early Saturday morning.
In a statement released by the Aspen Police Department, Charlie Sheen's ex, 34, was also busted for a misdemeanor 3rd degree assault charge.

The mom of 2-year-old twin sons Bob and Max was released from Pitkin County Jail Saturday morning when she posted the $11,000 bond. Mueller has a District Court date of December 19.

On Christmas day in 2009, Sheen, 46, allegedly held a knife to Mueller's throat and threatened to kill her. He later pled guilty on lesser charges and spent time in rehab, not jail. Since the incident, the two had lived apart, although their divorce wasn't officially granted until this past May. A source told Us Weekly in August that the parents have been "getting counseling and therapy [with] the boys" and Mueller, who has struggled with substance addiction, is "actually responding to treatment."

6Wow, Chrystal, so MOST kids in America have lousy parents? That's harsh. Thank goodness I'm in the minority then. Regarding dear, sweet Brooke, she needs to have those kids yanked from her once and for all. How does a cokehead properly raise kids? I find it interesting that she keeps getting into trouble in Aspen. Is she just that careful in LA, or does she get away with being a cokehead mom?
those children should be given to the grandparents...they both can have joint custody...since their kids are messed up...thinking of their grandchildren or Denise can have them?
She needs help Severe knock down reality check intervention help. Her family members need to get together and capture her and say, You have 2 children (beautiful creations that u created) that you have to live for you need to stop killing yourself. Then she needs to get into rehab and actually work the program it does work there are successful cases out there everywhere. The key to beating drug addiction is that you have to want to change if you dont than ur just running on a mouse wheel. Just a thought.

Well, another case of a mother finding drugs or alcohol to be much more important to her than her own children. Those two little boys are adorable. They deserve so much better than what they've gotten for parents.
