Update: Actor Chris Klein Arrested for a Second DUI

American Pie alum Chris Klein was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Wednesday morning, TMZ.com reports.
He was "observed weaving" through lanes on the westbound Hollywood Freeway at 3:13 a.m., according to the site.

After the California Highway Patrol officer pulled him over, he failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
His blood alcohol level was .20 -- nearly three times the legal limit in California, which is .08, the site reports.

He was booked and released on his own recognizance, according to the Associated Press.
In 2005, Klein, 31 -- who was once engaged to Katie Holmes -- was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI for having a blood-alcohol level at .20, exceeding California's .08 limit.

16I didn't realize there are so many gullible people here. Chris Klein and Katie Holmes broke up months before Katie and Tom met _ April 18, 2005 and Suri was born exactly a year later. Yeah, either Katie was pregnant with Suri for more than a year, LOL ... or Chris became Katie's invisible lover that the paparrazis' cameras could not notice but wasn't invisible enough to miss the cops'. Also, I wondered how Katie failed to get acknowledgment from the Guinness World Records for having the longest pregnancy in the history of the world. Also, Suri must be wearing blue contact lenses to avoid having Chris' brown eyes ... and probably had a surgery to match Tom's huge nose! LOL!

He's a celebrity - with money - how hard is it to spend a little cash on a cab so that you do not put other lives in danger?! I make pennies compared to him and I will spend $50 on a cab any day so that I don't have this sort of issue!
Thank goodness no one was seriously hurt. My family member (pro-soccer player) thought he was invincible and killed another innocent person because of his terrible decision to drink and drive.
