More trouble for Jonathan Rhys-Meyers.
Less than a month after a brief rehab stay, the Tudors star, 33, was rushed to a London hospital on Tuesday night, British paper The Sun reports.

Paramedics found the Irish actor slumped on the floor at his home, but he initially refused treatment -- leading them to call the police.

A Scotland Yard rep told The Sun: "Officers were called by London Ambulance Service following reports of a man refusing treatment. The man was taken to hospital." Rhys-Meyers was then spotted leaving the hospital himself, offering a "no comment" to The Sun.
Although sources told the paper that the actor, who has struggled with alcoholism, tried to take his own life by swallowing pills, an insider tells Us Weekly: "It was not a suicide attempt. He did relapse and was hospitalized for that, but was released."
