Samantha Ronson Faces 6 Months in Jail for DUI Charge

DJ Samantha Ronson is about to face the music.
The celebrity spinner and Lindsay Lohan ex has been charged with two misdemeanor counts for her DUI bust on August 1. Ronson, 33, has been cited for driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08, Reuters reports.
If convicted of the crime, Ronson faces a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Ronson was pulled over near Baker, Calif. at 10:30 a.m. for driving her black Porsche 89 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. She was later booked at the Sheriff's jail in Barstow, Calif., where she smirked in a mugshot.
Ronson, who famously dated Lohan, 25, from 2008 to 2009, was alone at the time of the arrest. "She was friendly and talkative," an officer said. "She was cooperative throughout the whole ordeal."
