Video: Sandra Bullock Looks Like "Traumatized Child" in New Photos
Sandra Bullock looks like "a child who's been traumatized" in the first photos taken of her since her husband Jesse James' infidelity scandal broke last month, body language expert Patti Wood tells UsMagazine.com.
Wood has seen the buzz-about shots of Bullock, 46, all of which will be featured on Entertainment Tonight Tuesday evening (check your local listings). '
The photos, taken last Friday in Northern California, show the Oscar-winning actress ringless, hiking and drinking coffee.

"She is gripping the coffee cup very high up," notes Wood. "That's what you do when you really want to grab a hold of something and show your power. She's really making it obvious and playing toward the camera to show that empty finger."
Bullock also is wearing a black North Face jacket, black ball cap and scarf around her neck.
"She's chosen a heavily padded jacket and has it zipped up very high," observes Wood. "The choice of her scarf, which is tied over heart, means that she is hiding her heart window and throat window, which is the communication window."
Wood says Bullock's clothing choices are "protection choices. Black is a protection color."
In one angle, Wood points out the tension in Bullock's "cheeks and the pooching under her eyes. This shows she has been crying. It's not a normal look for her.

"She looks like a child who's been traumatized," adds Wood. "Her face takes on attributes of a child who's experiencing a deep pain."

She does not look wounded and she is not a fool for wanting to be to herself to sort things out. WTF is wrong with that. Everyone handles situations like this differently. Sandra knows people want to get all in her business anyway. She will get over it if people would leave her alone and get a life of thier own. I hope people don't talk about this for the next 5 yrs.
Well, this has got to be one of the more sensationalist pieces I have ever read: Padded jacket? Cold in the hills; Scarf over throat and heart? Uh, where else does a scarf fall?; Black? The woman looks good in black, and the jacket is probably something she has had a while! I mean, really, folks, please give her a break--some real privacy. Before this story, reporters and colleagues all touted Sandra's compassion, loyalty, and dedication to causes. As soon as this story broke, out come the photo hunters and privacy wreckers; how about some professional courtesy, compassion and loyalty for a fellow human being who is trying her best to heal and not say anything negative in public? Lay off!
WHY is Sandra "hiding" when she's done nothing wrong? She's acting like a fool. Jesse should have been in hiding before he decided he's a "sexual addict" too, like Tiger and went into rehab. Elin held her head high and was out and about everywhere, going on with her life. Learn from her Sandra and grow some balls and kick this low-life you married to the curb. WHAT are you hiding and am ashamed of otherwise, huh?

Poor baby. I feel so bad for her. Jesse James has broken her heart into a million pieces which is very hard to recover from.
How could anyone miss that black eye? That might explain why she's been in seclusion for a month.

I can't believe people are wasting their time with this. Of couse she's traumatized, depressed, devastated, etc. who wouldn't be? Her domestic life, as she knew it, has been shattered into a million pieces. Who wouldn't be hurt and angry by that? Even more humiliating is the fact that all her struggles are taking place on a global stage. At least with us, we have a certain degree of anonymity.

This is truly the time of Big Brother with lip readers, and body language experts analyzing every move. Of course she's hurt and feeling exposed and defensive. Leave her alone!
Maybe she looks like a "traumatized child" because she thought she was going on a walk by herself and had some scum stalker paparazzi jumped out of a bush and scare her by taking a picture. I'd love to have an Oscar and financial security for life, but would it be worth having to live like a recluse, not leaving your house for a couple of months, with a target on your head?

Why do we need to have a body language expert tell us what everything she does and wear means. Any womans husband has slept with porn queens and trailor trash and who has self respect for herself will act the way Sandra acts! I hope there isn't a college for this body language expert mess. UM.
