Felicitations are in order for Scarlett Johansson! The Under the Skin actress, 28, is engaged to boyfriend Romain Dauriac, a French journalist, her rep confirms to Us Weekly. "I can confirm that Scarlett and Romain are engaged," the rep says in a statement. "They haven't chosen a date for the wedding."

Dating for around 10 months, the couple first stepped out together in November 2012. It's been a "whirlwind romance," one insider tells Us of the relationship.

Rumors about a second trip down the aisle surfaced earlier this week, when the blonde stunner hit the red carpet at the 2013 Venice International Film Festival wearing a cleavage-baring black gown -- and some very noticeable bling on her left ring finger. But it wasn't the first time she had rocked a new rock.

Engagement rumors also circulated in February of this year, when the Hitchcock actress was spotted with a big diamond sparkler on her hand. At the time, her rep told Us: "She is absolutely not engaged."

This will be the second marriage for Johansson, who was previously wed to actor Ryan Reynolds from 2008 to 2010. (Reynolds remarried last year; he and his Green Lantern costar Blake Lively tied the knot in a secret ceremony in South Carolina on Sept. 9.)

Johansson -- whose other exes include Sean Penn and ad exec Nate Naylor -- has said she liked being married. However, she told Elle UK in January that she wasn't sure she wanted to do it again.

"I never think about marriage," she confessed. "Is that weird? The only time I ever think about it is when people ask me, 'Would I get married again?' It's really not important to me. It has no relevance to me right now."

"I'm not having kids any time soon," she continued. "I'm in a nice relationship, I'm working a lot and, like I said, [marriage is] not important to me...To me, being in a functioning relationship doesn't mean you have to be married."
