Bell, 29 -- who wore a black gown by designer Etro -- didn't hide the ring as she handed the Best Country Album award to Taylor Swift. Her Neil Lane ring is a 3-carat emerald-cut fancy colored diamond, with platinum and tiny white diamond accents.
